Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges on faulty products such as disposable pens. If you have received a disposable that is not working, we will gladly exchange it with a working replacement! Refunds are not available. 

Examples of a faulty disposable: Not hitting after taking it out of the box, not accepting a charge, leaking.

You must alert us of a faulty disposable within the FIRST day of purchase otherwise we can only assume the device may have been damaged due to misuse or carelessness and can no longer honor an exchange.
